They also don't go for certain targets to allow other guilds breaking into tov to have opportunities. All it takes is leadership from another guild, which doesn't train the hell out of Riot all the time, to ping leadership in Riot and agreements are made or targets ignored for the sake of that other guild to have some enjoyment. If there is even the slightest hint of impropriety, Riot concedes the target and moves on.
How about GM's make a new rule that Riot splits all loot with the petitionfest whiner guilds that actually do the things Riot is accused of?
