Killing americans eh? Its not ideal when anyone suffers. Having said that the human race could stand to lose billions and still maintain a wide enough genetic pool for species propagation. Some people scoff at that idea because they don't understand the inherent logic behind it. Basically if alot of people die, life will still go on.
