61% believe it was a conspiracy. 30% believe he acted alone. 9% express no opinion.
I love how little things reveal human psychology and the need to be part of a group. 91%. Nine out of ten people think they have an informed opinion about an event they know nothing about. Literally no one on earth at this time can prove it either way. It's all magic bullet and LBJ and bush or shrub...grassy knoll that's it. Conjectures, theories.
Anyone proficient with a rifle can hit a volleyball 265 feet away 5 out of 6 times. Even if it's tied to a pig and you give that pig a nice kick. That pig can be running around the parking lot and you're like blam, that's a hit, blam, that's a hit. Look the pig is ok too! All right maybe not. Sorry Governor.
Still the coincidences are insane. The dude was in Red Square so he's working for Russians obviously. And then he was silenced by a cancerous mob associate? What the fuck? How come it's like a hundred years later and we still don't have a primary document, no confession, nothing. Not a single person involved in this vast conspiracy had second thoughts ever. They never wrote down any deathbed confession, no one did. No one said you know, maybe conspiring to kill the President was a bad idea and I was a bad person but now I found Jesus so.... But then again there are dozens of weird smelly incidents that were never explained so maybe the conspiracy was tight. Or maybe it was a matter of silencing those involved. Who knows.
Fun to think about. Fun to think what kind of murderous war Kennedy would have gotten us into if he lived. What the future might have been. Oh wait. Right...Vietnam. It would have been exactly the same.
