Better is subjective but based on your comprehension abilities I would suggest maybe reading a book. Hopefully you didn't lose anything else God gave you (ya know - like your eyes). Try using them and actually understanding what is said before randomly sputtering nonsensical interjections that make literally no sense in regard to the context of the conversation.
