resists on rain spells
I saw you increased resistance to rain spells in recent patch. first time i've used them since. current result...rain totally useless.
level 54 druid casting blizzard on "an alligator"...green con...cazic thule
two mobs in rain so i get 2 waves on each of the two mobs.

green mobs....
thinking you went way too far on this one.
yes waves are incredibly mana efficient if all the waves hit and therefore resists were slightly higher on live. but come on. please look into this. important spell for druids.
