Have had this issue come up a few times on Blue where when I respawn after a death I will have levitate applied to my character but with no actual buff so it can't be turned off and does not wear off.

I believe the issue (from my experience) extends from respawning near a boat docking location as it appears to apply the same "levitate" that is applied when riding on boats. Latest instance occurred in the Overthere.

I cannot pinpoint if the boat being at the dock has a direct or different effect than just spawning in the vicinity, but it does apply a levitate to the character that can't be removed without logging or zoning.

Not a game breaking issue, but just something that has come up several times.
