I don’t understand dispel mechanics at all in EQ. I’m guessing if a mob has thorns or an HP buff, the sword won’t dispel them?
Worst case scenario I can see is if a shaman slows a mob, and then this sword would cancel the slow? Do I have that right?

the sword dispells the wielder, not the target, its the biggest letdown in EQ
