If he just has to be a shorty, (which includes you wimpy hoomanz) then I'd probably try to get your hands on a shard of night, which while somewhat rareish from the same place, is SK only--though this server does seem to have quite a few more SKs than live.

edit: furthermore, title is misleading, best tanking weapons on the server are warrior weapons (have you seen the procrates here D=) Which at this time is probably a blade of the black dragon eye. though a small shoutout to ringed mace of ykesha o_O |
Those weapons werent added till revamp, chardok here is pre vamp.
SBS and AD are in... dont think people bother to sell ADs.
