It is dubious at best that the item doesn't even show up on Allakhazam.
Considering the timestamp of that post (2006) I wouldn't give this item much salt. Not to mention, the history of Kurn's Tower becoming a hotzone for a period of time (circa 2006-2007) leads me to believe the item was part of that timeframe and therefore gone at the end of the hotzone buff.
I also find it odd that absolutely no feed back on the item on the forums or on allakhazam is given (one person asks for assistance in the form of a walkthrough).
There is really no evidence to prove it should be added at any point of the timeframe of this server.
