Someone mentioned a +dex cloak to help with the GB procs. Any other tips?

I have not seen this item for sale in EC while I have been online, so maybe going for something like the
Hooded Black Cloak would be best for now as more +str is always nice to have and I should check out MM zone in my 30s.
