Confirmed this happened to me all the freaking time in Overthere. I've maybe seen it in other zones but yeah, +1 to this issue... was really disappointing to see 3 dead zerkers with braids that I couldn't loot.
Also, a bard had kited about 15 cacti to let my SK loot the spines and I could only loot about 4 of them.
Important to note that when I was in visual range to see him do it again I could loot all of them.
