Look it's no great sin to care for the survivors and the living and mercifully lay to rest the already dead without further taxing a crumbling civilization or empowering the governments presiding over the fall.

People are going to die. Poor people. Old. The infirm. The mentally ill. There is no cure. It's going to get worse as we have generally wrecked most Americans immune systems. We live in pollution. We chug down poisoned food. We already don't get exercise.
No one is entitled to survive this. But the first people to get free aka subsidized vaccines will be healthcare, the rich, and those who directly feed and support them.

It's unreasonable to be mad at the barbarian who doesn't even have the means to really care. They're grandmother probably didn't make it past 60, their favorite brother, cousin, lover, bestfriend probably died overseas. They are well aware how painful and real death is.
And how death comes to all. It's said it's the greatest equalizer of them all.
Vitamin C, K, E. (They work best from food rather than pills). Sunshine. And dopamine or happiness are the weapons we have at hand. If you can't use those, you're already dead.
