Except for all those nursing home people. They definitely died in vain. I mean yes, small positive cause it freed up beds for the next boatload of octogenarians, but as far as 'for the greater good' not so much.

But the dead truck drivers and cashiers and nurses? Those people were told get your ass to work no matter what and they did. Those guys who landed in Normandy were in the same Higgins boat and those guys were heroes and they have monuments so why not one for the 'incredible people'?

Also, we need stuff that can be pulled down by future retards and we're running out of statues.
