This may have been a bug then...
I ran out to him when I edited to the wiki.
Because the poison
vials &
suspensions were on him, on P99 green during 1999 classic, unless i'm mistaken? Which isn't me saying that it may not be a bug.

If anyone has a better idea of what era this merchant sold items it would benefit the wiki greatly!
