He said hats with the visual attribute 'leather' will display as a polar bear graphic, and then provided a list of such hats that can be equipped by a rogue.
I thought it was a pretty good answer, it addressed the issue and provided you with the tools to answer similar questions in the future for yourself. Teach a man to fish.
One note, the search doesn't exclude hats by race, so do double check the one you pick is barbarian compatible. I guess that's a future project for the wiki. Add categories by race?

And yeah, when the original wiki data was slurped and the class and slot categories were added, race categories were not. Having written code to mass-add categories to every item in the wiki once already (for the fashion categories) I do
not have interest in doing it again! (You have to be insanely careful not to ruin everything when you do mass edits like that, and it makes it even more work.)
But if anyone else ever wants to fix it, and knows Javascript, I can send you my code
