Oh you're seeing it already! You like that little dip at the beginning of May where people were like yay we're winning this and then also at the same time other people were like we're really getting fed up with this shit? And then right after people were like let's protest this one thing and also Memorial Day can't keep us out of the parks and woo hoo here we go protesting this other thing. Up up and away!

edit: can't argue this rise is attributed to increased testing because everyone who is testing is already testing at maximum throughput and testing rates aren't really increasing
