If you want to play a melee blue is so much better. No hybrid penalties (40% on green). Cheap weapons make the game just easier to live with. It’s not “easy” on blue but when you can buy a .75 ratio weapon for a couple hundred plat or a couple .5 ratio weapons for 1k those xp npcs die way easier. Oh and rangers can even fear kite animals on blue.
If you are genuinely new don’t be afraid to kindly. Half of us have stuff sitting in the bank we would love to to pay forward.
