I am new to p99 and I am also running into this as well. I've uninstalled and reinstalled EQ Titanium a few times and I get this error. I don't have trouble connecting to the preferred servers (i did this as a test) in the server selection list, but I see this for all of the p99 servers.
I am based in the EU although I am not sure if that matters. I've tried this with firewalls on/off and with antivirus on/off.
I know its not a solution to the OP but I guess its better to know that we aren't all alone in this.
