Never bards need faction with no city, with illusion masks, +600 faction boost song(2x as strong as ench best spell) and you get invis and sneak(makes you indifferent to any mob). There is legit no reason to not slaughter anyone who looks at you wrong. Best is to go Rallos Zek bard and just role with it.
