late 20s, 29 this month. I do a 6 day PPL split for my weight lifting. 2-3 exercises per part, 3-4 hard sets per exercise to try to get to that sweet spot of 10-20 working sets per week (8-10 a workout 2x a week). Not extraordinarily strong, but working on my body comp and running speed atm. 172 lbs
