However, as I went over in my last post, the p99 staff hardly has a reputation for quickly dealing with petitions for individual players. They simply do not have the staff to build up such a reputation. Therefore it is impossible for "the appearance of things" to be different than the "reality" of him not having his petition answered quickly. But because he wasn't aware of this, and it is totally fucking irrelevant to the definition of the word, regardless of how I try to paint a picture with my wikipedia vomit, I am still trying too hard.
