May I did 100 pushups a day + 100 miles cumulative running
I’m gonna get to 60-70 miles running, so failed there, but doing the pushups fairly easily
June I’m doing 30 pull-ups / 20 chin ups a day. Probably won’t be able to do that. Oh and I “lift” 4 times a week. I was using resistance bands and dumbbells while the gyms were closed, back in the gym now
