It's not even about you or your politics at this point. People who're angry are going to find people to blame and demonize for their own failure and insecurities. No one is exempt from this. We all get to live with it. Win or lose. Don't use this bullshit as an excuse to justify insane and extremely boring positions.
It's obvious that the issues at the heart of the division in this country aren't black and white and never will be.
There's never going to be a clean answer.
That said guild OP is mad about is just another example of the tragedy of the commons.
