Yeah, fragile and self centered.
Pretty ironic statement, since fear for you and yours is what drives your support of the shutdown.
Dont give us that shit that you care for randos when you quite literally espouse the " i hope you get covid" trope. Obviously thats false.
One month of shutdown? Another disingenuous trope considering that we're completing 3 months of lockdown in 2 weeks.
3% deathrate was the original claim. Evidence proves its closer to 0.1%.
Flatten the curve was the narrative. The curve flattened 6 weeks ago.
Are you capable of taking an authentic position on anything, at all? Or do you just parrot bullshit, while cheering on the dismantling of the economy throughout all of the post industrial nations in the world.
Do you realize that san mateo county is breaking rabk with the rest of the bay area counties on the lockdown in the next two weeks.
This is where big tech is primarily centralized.
Ill stand by for your new position on the matter in a couple weeks. When youve been reprogrammed with a new view which will inevitably countradict your current position. Douchebag.

We gave up on flatten the curve. We pivoted to "herd immunity" -- meaning we removed all objective standards of measure of progress from this situation, too. Arguably the "total infections" number is now our measure of progress through the crisis. Higher is better.
Nobody was paying attention to the decision to go this route, because most Americans deserve as much love as Lune spares for them. But that's the new plan since about 2 weeks in. Just FYI. Any actual curve flattening is incidental. Because we are lower than sub-saharan Africa as a community, we are working on getting about 70% of people exposed, right now, and dragging our feet so it doesn't look like The Stand.
Anyone not politically brain-dead is striking, of course, and collecting government money.
