Rogues just have too much control - particularly against most cloth/leather (not mages). Resto shamans were another easymode kill.

Abacab provided the cruise control version of rogues:

CS > mutilate > Kidney shot > Mutilate > Evisc > blind > re-stealth > Sap for DR timers > Maybe re-sap for a little extra time > CS > Mutilate > Kidney shot > Mutilate > Evisc

You can throw in a vanish/Ambush or a number of other moves situationally.
I PvP mostly as fury so my weakness from rogues comes from cheat death, evasion and dismantle since my spec completely revolves around "ground and pound" style tactics, their stuns rarely do anything to me but it's the avoidance of combat which can make a rogue deadly for myself because I rely on out-damaging them.

Usually to fight rogues I let them do their routine and trinket their kidney shot then it goes like this:

Intimidating shot > heroic leap => Intercept> Bloodthirst > Raging blow > HS > HS >HS > Bloodthirst

If recklessness and deathwish are up one raging blow can drop a rogue from 100% to 20% at that point the begin to use dismantle, evasion and rely on the cheat death proc and if during that time they cannot successfully avoid my swings (I.E being dumb and continuing trying to out-DPS me) they'll die in under 10 seconds

But a rogues victory against a fury warrior really comes down to timing of their defensives, and if any of their defensive's are on CD they have already lost because they can't win a DPS battle
