It used to be allowed and also not allowed. It looks too much like RMT, and works as a way to launder RMT if it is allowed. Is it allowed now? I dont know but last I heard its currently not allowed, as we were told on the teal rules post that it wasnt allowed between green and teal and those servers even merged their items eventually anyway!
