I play Cleric on green I dont know about some of the competition challenge discussion thing I just wanted to correct the damage per tic and that bards are not subject to the 66% rule for AOEs.
Basically, I think Bards are pretty OP when I mained one, their hardcoding has a lot of unique special abilities and also bards do way more DPS then people think on average, especially with single target chant stacking.
