Oh -- so now you're suggesting there's layers to how it's applied? (See subjectivity) You're suggesting a subjective area of 'grey' because you believe your name doesn't violate rules. I don't know your intentions, but I do know the brand is trademarked.

Seems like a pretty crystal clear rule break to me. Otherwise, it's no different than say the name "Playboy" then right?
