Since you're not using the level 48 song in that video... How do you answer the above questions?
How often do you get 25 of 25 hits on the 48 snare-DoT? If not, you got mobs at different run speeds and gotta wait til it wears off to use next DoT.

Well that's easy: its not a problem because it doesn't snare at all. Its a slow only. You might be thinking of the level 54 AOE snare which doesn't stack with the 48 spell, but that's just because of the slow component. 48 is just a big ass DoT with a AOE slow (not a snare)
It hits about the same as the others, which is like.. most of the time on things lower than you. The drolvargs actually have a very high MR.
