Tnmerk Ploskin at the Temple of Rodcet Nife gives you a "quest" to get cure disease cast on you. He requires you to give him 1 bandage and a bottle of brewer-made bog juice. I gave him the bandage and the bog juice, but he just gave them back, with no cure cast.
