Or if people really want to CoTH race, why not do the lock out thing or whatever its called? Where whoever gets FTE lets the mob reset and gives everyone 5-10 mins to do quest turn ins, and then it's their mob to pull in.
I'd guess the problem is riot wouldn't agree to something not in their best interests.

Riot gets to monopolize 95% of raid content and call themselves the good guys because they give kittens/tss a welfare dragon once and awhile. But Guild comes in and takes a few dragons each cycle and everyone's heads explode. Wake up sheep, the wool is over your eyes!
