Boxing sucks because it makes it hard to be social with people. Talking to two boxes in game is ridic, and people jumping back and forth between characters seldom have the time for any kind of chit chat.

Additionally, when shit hits the fan, it's a beautiful thing to see a group of real players jump into actual action and bring the pain on mobs.

I think it is like any other convenience feature of everquest. It helps one thing, but hurts others. In this case it helps make it easier to level up on your own but it makes it harder to get real groups.

This is coming from a guy who soloed the vast majority of level 1-60 on a cleric who coulda done the same thing in half the time and had two level 60's if I was boxxin it.
