I can tell you at lv 35 on my pally it is way faster in paw then sol a king room. And this is with way fewer mobs. Paw knolls take longer to kill and hit way harder but my exp is moving way faster. In about 2 to 3 hours in paw I gained 2 yellows at 35 and this is with train downtime.
