The list was not meant to prevent people from working together to get manastones. The problem with groups passing camps to friends is that it locks others out of the camp. With the /list, no one can be locked out. Anyone can join and wait in line. No one can keep you from joining the list.
If you want a manastone, you’ll have to work together with a couple other people and a shared character.
