Viruses and microbes are very different... one is a rogue protein, the other is a living cellular organism.

Viruses act by hijacking the function of your bodies own cells by essentially adding their own code to use the cell to create copies of it’s self. For reference a cell is a bubble of plasma and proteins surrounded by a double layer of fatty phosphates.

Perhaps there is a mechanism in which antibiotics will target cells infected by viruses, do you have research on that? I don’t want to dismiss your experience, bit it goes against what little I think I know.
