This Green server has been a dumbster fire of non-classic fucking changes straight out of some poop-sockers basement server. Which I would be cool with if I didnt have to read the responses from a incredibly arrogant staff in these threads. If you are going to preach about how your doing it not for the people on the server but the love for "classic" while you hold your hands over your heart and the other on a original copy of the EQ manual- fucking make it classic -or- you know, just stfu.

Based on the timeline you cited in your OP, it sounds like the proc will go live in like 6-8 weeks. If you're having a shit fit meltdown over something like that on a 20 year old emulated server, you have unresolved issues.
I'm also not sure what your issue over the proc even is. Your OP complains about things not being classic, and your next comment is a complaint about how your sword won't proc before it's supposed to in the classic timeline. Wut
