I was surprised at the effect on the low end. I did the high cha tests first and when I started doing the low cha tests I was drawing aggro more than half the time. I had to stop and check to make sure nothing was wrong. Lesson for me here is to never cast Lull unless I have all my cha gear on, which is now 184 with the Siryn Hood I just got.
