I searched the forum (maybe I’m not using the right keywords?) and didn’t find this exact issue. Since green came out I’ve been living without see the spells of others land on the target. This is a big issue for lull, Harmony, and roots/Mez. I’ve got the option on the I’m game alt+O set to spells for everyone. Is it possible I have too many options selected out of game options and my game is defaulting to save memory? I’d love to have this function.

As a side note I’m one of those who lags terribly in certain of my favorite zones (unrest, and HHK) which has made them nearly unplayable. I’ve been in upper guk with 40+ people and no real lag issues. Seems to be the wall graphics in those zones and possibly the dynamic lighting. Two different issues but thought maybe related.
