I took my cleric and went down to the Oasis and found an orc warrior in that camp right by the SRo zone and I cast Lull on him several hundred times. I didn't pay attention to the resist rate, just the critical fails. Every time I got aggro I would zone out and come right back.
With my wis gear on I had 95 cha and I kept casting until I got 100 resists. I had to zone out 56 times.
I then swapped gear and did the same thing with 171 cha. Out of 100 resists I failed 12 times.
I was going to do another test with a middle amount of cha but no one has that so screw that.
