even twinked ranger is not any good at solo in comparison. You need to wait for panic animal before that can happen. Even then, you are outdoors so you don't get the bonus, but you can find the right mobs faster than any other apart from drui. At this point, you really just want to /assist in groups if you are trying to get the fastest xp. And also you probably do not want to use taunt standing next to your tank. Taunt is really only used for protecting any mobs that break away after your casters, as you should be that line of defense between the tank and your casters if you want to be a good ranger (keep root up too). Solo? yes, but only really if you just like the ranger class and not worried about fast xp. imo rangers don't need to be twinked.
