This change didn't happen until Kunark. Guard hunting was a part of classic.
Let's revert guards back to classic state - 6 minutes. Currently on green, only the stats/level for gate guards is classic, and I think a handful of guards may be on the old 6 minute spawn.
Most haven't been properly reverted to their classic state.
