I woke up to a pleasant surprise this morning: Lord Rogean was kind enough to provide us with an
official timeline for Green, which I have transcribed into the wiki!
Of course, it's just their plans (which could always change in the future), but barring any such changes this is the official Green timeline:

I didn't have time to fill in the notes column, so please feel free to improve the page by filling it in (you can find note-worthy events, like the release of new zones, on the
Patch Notes page)
Also, now that we have this, I'll try find time to make a new template for specifying the 33 "eras" that it outlines (minor eras? patches? releases? I'm still not sure on the best nomenclature). However, I'm not sure when I'll have time, as I'm a little behind on some real life work ATM (and if anyone wants to try making it themselves I'll be happy to answer any questions about wiki templates over PM).
