Racism is only going to get worse with weaponized SJW's demonizing anyone who thinks differently than them (i.e attempting to keep their own country from turning into a reiteration of Brazil) but like in other facets of life, you can give weak and ignorant people who know their belief survives on it being 'tolerated' not practical and they scream the loudest.
