Came back after awhile off. When I downloaded the Patch files v53, I can no longer hear in game environmental sounds like footsteps, jumping, swinging weapons, casting spells, wind, running water etc.

I have Sound Volume and Sound Realism turned all the way up. I have "Environmental Sounds" box depressed. Checking my eqclient.ini files shows "Sound=TRUE". I just hear the game music while logging in and in game itself, just no other sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
