All those settings are kept in character-specific (and, crucially, server-specific) .ini files, eg:
Loramin_project1999.ini (Blue)
Loramin_P1999Green.ini
If your settings were in a Loramin_P1999Teal.ini file, then in theory (back everything up first) renaming it to Loramin_P1999Green.ini should fix things (after you do a fresh login).
