I've heard of issues on Windows where, depending on how you do it, it doesn't really replace everything, and that causes problems.
I forget the details, and I'm not on Windows, but if you are that might be the issue. Maybe try a different zip program, or extract everything to a separate folder first,
then copy it over, rather than doing it together?
The fix was
