My observation on this server is that there area already hardly enough european players to form once single european casual raiding guild (casual in that raids are not mandatory).
I am a bit sad that nevertheless, people try to form even more localized guilds (french, german, etc.). Aren't we all here to enjoy an international experience, and the only reason to form localized guilds should be a shared timezone?
How about you contribute to a joint european approach, to get some groups/raids going in our evening times?
Please let me know if you would be willing to help starting the international approach.
