Install wireshark from wireshark.org. capture a successful zone in, then try your fail zone GF --> felwithe?
Notice on the udp traffic the ports involved. for me, GF --> felwithe was port 7021 for GF, then 9000 for the zone in, then 7027 for felwithe. do you see the same?
What i'm getting at is the port involved may be blocked or in use by either your pc or your router (non-carrier equip), or your carrier's modem/router.
