I'd say 5g per level. At lvl 30, 15pp seems reasonable for a port as long as you come to the porter in a convenient way. It's different if it's an emergency or under extraordinary circumstances, though, where you'd pay extra for expedience.

As a seal team cleric, I find your comment hilarious. I'm completely broke -- clickies aren't cheap -- and the richest people are actually the enchanters, so they're the ones you should be gouging
