Well, based on the number of wrong ones I've seen run that could have been avoided by just running a simple SELECT * first... maybe they're harder than you think

But more importantly, what's hard is recovering the trust of your players after you let them invest their time and/or plat for items that literally do nothing right now, just so Bobby gets to say he was "first fair and square".
IMHO achievements have and always will be a fun but dumb thing. They've never mattered strongly to anyone but the kind of overly vain people who like to replace perfectly good screenshots in the wiki with new ones that have their character covering half the monster.
